Services
Fixed-price packages describe the included scope. Work beyond that scope is quoted separately. Project timelines begin after payment and receipt of required content.
Payments & refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. Service deposits are refundable before work begins. Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded unless defective.
Hosting subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. Cancel anytime from your account’s billing portal; service continues until the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use
You may not use our hosting for unlawful content, spam, malware, or abuse of network resources.
