Consolidate a blog, a newsletter, an affiliate storefront, and a private admin into a single fast, maintainable site — without a heavyweight CMS.
The approach
Built on the Next.js App Router with MDX content in-repo, a Kit.com newsletter funnel, a Postgres-backed admin for deals and messages, and full SEO with JSON-LD and dynamic OG images.
